all i can offer is my opinion...
i want to go with the golden eagle sleeves. i dont know how much posting costs, but the quality of the job depends greatly on who does it. i think with the golden eagle ones, you have some margin at 350-400hp. with posting, it seems that you're right at the edge of its abilities to hold the motor together. this is coming from reading TOOs board.
are you thinking of a b18c or b20 buildup?

Starting at the basics... Phase 1
What are the pro's and con's of either "posting" an engine as defined by Endyn or sleeving the block such as Benson.
Basicaly engine will need to support 350-400hp and should be considered a daily driver. The engine will be from a 99-00 Civic SI (B16). Weather in New England can be a scortching 90 degrees plus with high humidity to near zero degrees with win chill factors in the negative teens.
The car will not necessarily be driven in these extremes but should be able to if required.

Definitely sleeve the block... both Benson's and Golden Eagle do a great job.

It seems pretty obvious to me that sleeving is going to be your best choice. If you want a no holds barred, high powered, yet reliable block, the only way to do it is to cut no corners, accept the best, and overbuild it (and keep it streetable). You're in the same boat as me, with the same goals, and that's the route I went. Endyn pistons, Crower rods, balanced internals, and Golden Eagle 84mm sleeves. We'll see how well mine holds up, but I can't imagine much of any failures when building it the way I am. Just my opinion.

Ok so now I am sold on Golden Eagle Sleeves. Next question. 00SI uses a B16 block. Will a B18b or c bolt right in and hook up to my tranny?

B18C1 bored to 84.5mm...with gorilla sleeves
B20C1 - VTEC, 8000rpm redline, 2.0L *drool*
9.5:1 forged pistons...can u say 20psi daily driver?
I think all B series trannies have the same mounting pattern...compare the GSR tranny with the si though. you might want the GSR's ratios.
I smell a hybrid.
